Hadith 6466
٦٤٦٦ - حدثنا (أبو بكر) (١) قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن المسيب بن رافع عن تميم بن طرفة عن جابر بن (٢) سمرة قال: قال النبي ﷺ: "لَيَنْتِهَيَنَّ أقوام يرفعون أبصارهم إلى السماء في الصلاة أوْ لَا تَرجِع إليهم" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: People should refrain from raising their eyes towards the sky during prayer, otherwise it is possible that their sight may not return.
