Hadith 6307
٦٣٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) حفص بن غياث عن ابن جريج عن ⦗٣٣٨⦘ عطاء قال: سئل عن المؤذن يقيم في المئذنة ويصلي (بصلاة) (٢) الإمام، قال: يجزئه.
Hazrat Ata was asked whether a muezzin can say the iqamah in the minaret and then offer prayer there by following the imam. He replied that it is permissible.
