Hadith 5994
٥٩٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) وكيع عن سفيان عن محمد بن ⦗٢٦٣⦘ عبد الرحمن (٢) القارئ عن عبيد اللَّه بن عبد اللَّه بن عتبة قال: من السنة أن يكبر الإمام على المنبر (في) (٣) العيدين تسعا قبل الخطبة وسبعا بعدها (٤).
Hazrat Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Utbah narrates that it is also Sunnah for the Imam on the days of Eid to say Takbeer nine times before the sermon on the pulpit and seven times after the sermon.
