Hadith 5647
٥٦٤٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال (حدثنا) (١) هشام الدستوائي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن أبي سلام عن الحكم بن ميناء (٢) عن ابن عمر وابن عباس أنهما شهدا على رسول اللَّه ﷺ أنه قال وهو على أعواد المنبر: "لينتهين أقوامٌ عَنْ (وَدْعِهِمْ) (٣) الجمعاتِ أو لَيطْبَعَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبهِمْ ولَيُكْتَبَنَّ مِنَ الغَافِلينَ" (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) and Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrate that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sat on the pulpit and said: People should refrain from abandoning Jumu'ah, otherwise Allah will seal their hearts and write them among the heedless.
