في تخطي الرقاب يوم الجمعةRuling on stepping over people's necks
Hadith 5584
٥٥٨٤ - حدثنا (أبو بكر) (١) قال نا هشيم عن يونس ومنصور عن الحسن قال: (بينا) (٢) النبي ﷺ يخطب إذ جاء رجل يتخطى رقاب الناس يوم الجمعة حتى جلس قريبا من النبي ﷺ فلما قضى صلاته قال له النبي ﷺ: "يَا فُلَانُ أَمَا جَمَّعْتَ؟ " قال: يا رسول اللَّه أما رأيتني؟ قال: "قَدْ رَأَيْتُكَ (آنَيْتَ) (٣) وآذيْتَ" (٤).
Hasan narrates that we were listening to the sermon of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a man came, stepping over people's necks, and sat near the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer, he said to him, "Why did you not offer the Friday prayer?" He replied, "Did you not see me?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I saw you; first you were late, and then you caused discomfort to the people."
