الساعة التي ترجى يوم الجمعةThe hour of acceptance on Friday
Hadith 5575
٥٥٧٥ - حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن واصل عن أبي بردة قال: كنت عند ابن عمر] (١) فسئل عن الساعة التي في الجمعة (٢) فقلت: هي الساعة التي اختار اللَّه لها -أو فيها- الصلاة قال: فمسح رأسي و (برّك) (٣) عليّ وأعجبه ما قلت (٤).
Hazrat Abu Burdah says that I was sitting with Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) when someone asked him about the hour of acceptance on Friday. I said that it is the same time in which Allah Almighty has chosen the prayer. Upon hearing this, Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) passed his hand over my head, prayed for blessings for me, and liked what I had said.
