Hadith 556
٥٥٦ - حدثنا عفان قال: (نا) (١) همام قال: قيل لمطر الوراق -وأنا عنده- عمن أخذ الحسن أنه كان يتوضأ مما مست النار؛ فقال: أخذه عن أنس، وأخذه أنس عن أبي طلحة (٢) و (أخذه) (٣) أبو طلحة عن النبي ﷺ (٤).
Once, Matir Al-Warraq was asked from whom Hasan Al-Basri took the narration that after consuming something cooked on fire, one should perform ablution. He replied that he took this narration from Hazrat Anas, who took it from Hazrat Abu Talha, and he took it from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
