Hadith 5552
٥٥٥٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا هشام بن الغاز قال: سألت نافعا مولى ابن عمر (عن) (١) الأذان الأول يوم الجمعة: (بدعة) (٢) فقال: قال (ابن عمر) (٣): بدعة (٤).
Hazrat Hisham bin Ghaz says that I asked Nafi', the freed slave of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), about the first call to prayer (adhan) of Jumu'ah. He replied that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) had said that this is an innovation (bid'ah).
