الأذان يوم الجمعةDiscussion on giving the adhan on Friday
Hadith 5547
٥٥٤٧ - حدثنا هشيم قال أخبرنا شيخ من قريش عن نافع قال: سمعته يحدث عن ابن عمر أنه قال: الأذان يوم الجمعة الذي يكون عند خروج الإمام، والذي (قبل) (١) ذلك محدث (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the (proper) call to prayer (adhan) for Friday is the one that is given at the time when the Imam comes out; if any adhan is given before this, then it is an innovation (bid’ah).
