Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Muhammad bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that on Friday, when official letters are being read, there is no harm in talking at that time. However, when the Imam is engaged in delivering the sermon, then talking is not permitted.
