Hadith 503
٥٠٣ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد قال: إذا قبل الرجل امرأته، وهي لا تريد ذلك؛ فإنما يجب عليه الوضوء وليس عليها وضوء. فإن قبلته هي؛ فإنما يجب ⦗١٠٢⦘ الوضوء عليها (ولا يجب عليه) (١) فإن وجد شهوة؛ وجب عليه الوضوء. وإن قبلها وهي لا تريد ذلك، فوجدت شهوة؛ وجب عليها الوضوء.
Hazrat Hammad says that if a man kisses his wife and the wife does not desire it, then the man's ablution will be nullified but not the woman's. If the woman kisses the man, then ablution will be obligatory on the woman but not on the man. If the man feels desire, then his ablution will also be nullified, and if a man kisses a woman and she does not desire it but he feels desire, then his ablution will be nullified.
