Hadith 488
٤٨٨ - حدثنا وكيع بن الجراح قال: حدثنا الأعمش عن حبيب بن أبي ثابت عن عروة عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ: أنه قبل بعض نسائه، ثم خرج إلى الصلاة ولم يتوضأ. فقلت: من هي إلا أنت؟ فضحكت (١).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kissed one of his wives, then went for prayer without performing ablution. Hazrat Urwah says that I asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "Was that wife you?" Upon this, Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) smiled.
