Hadith 4200
٤٢٠٠ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر: أنه كان إذا افتتح الصلاة قرأ: ﴿بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ﴾، فإذا فرغ من الحمد (قرأ) (١): ﴿بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ﴾ (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) used to begin the recitation from "Alhamdulillah." When he finished Surah Al-Fatihah, then he would recite "Bismillah."
