Hadith 4133
٤١٣٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن مسعر عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إن شاء كبر إذا قال: قد قامت الصلاة، وإن شاء انتظر حتى يفرغ.
Ibrahim says that the imam may say the takbeer when the muezzin says QAD QAMATIS SALAH, and if he wishes, he may say the takbeer after the iqamah is completed.
