ما ذكر في عثمان ﵁On the Mention of Uthman (رضی اللہ عنہ)
Hadith 40458
٤٠٤٥٨ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن ابن سيرين قال: جاء زيد بن ثابت إلى عثمان فقال: هذه الأنصار بالباب، قالوا: إن شئت أن (نكون) (١) أنصارا للَّه ⦗٤١٠⦘ مرتين، قال: أما قتال فلا (٢).
It is narrated from Muhammad bin Sirin that he said: Zaid bin Thabit came to Uthman and said, "The Ansar are at the door." The Ansar said, "If you wish, we are once again ready to become helpers of Allah's (religion)." Uthman said, "As for fighting, that will not happen."
