ما جاء في (وفاة) النبي ﷺHadiths Regarding the Death of the Prophet (ﷺ)
Hadith 39806
٣٩٨٠٦ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب أن الذي ولي دفن رسول اللَّه ﷺ وإجنانه أربعة نفر دون الناس: علي ⦗١٣١⦘ (والعباس) (١) والفضل وصالح مولى (النبى) (٢) ﷺ لحدوا (له) (٣) ونصبوا عليه اللبن نصبا (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib that among all the people, those who were entrusted with burying the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and lowering him into the grave were four persons: Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Hazrat Abbas, Hazrat Fadl, and the freed slave of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Salih. Thus, these people made a niche (lahd) for him and placed unbaked bricks over him.
