Hadith 39740
٣٩٧٤٠ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عمرة أنها سمعت ⦗٨٢⦘ عائشة (تقول) (١): لما (جاء) (٢) (نعي) (٣) جعفر بن أبي طالب وزيد بن حارثة وعبد اللَّه بن رواحة جلس رسول اللَّه ﷺ (يعرف) (٤) في وجهه الحزن، فقالت عائشة: وأنا أطلع من شق الباب، فأتاه رجل فقال: يا رسول اللَّه إن نساء جعفر -فذكر (من) (٥) (بكائهن) (٦) فأمره رسول اللَّه ﷺ (أن) (٧) ينهاهن (٨).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) received the news of the death of Hazrat Ja’far bin Abi Talib, Zaid bin Harithah, and Abdullah bin Rawahah, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sat down, and signs of grief were visible on his blessed face. Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I was watching (him) from the crack of the door when a man came to the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! The women of Ja’far…” Then that man mentioned the weeping of those women, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) told that man to go and stop them.
