Hadith 39601
٣٩٦٠١ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن هشام بن عروة قال: أخبرني أبي أنهم نزلوا على حكم رسول اللَّه ﷺ، فردوا الحكم إلى سعد بن معاذ فحكم فيهم سعد ابن معاذ أن تقتل مقاتلتهم وتسبى النساء والذرية، وتقسم أموالهم، قال هشام: قال أبي: فأخبرت أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ قال: "لقد حكمت فيهم بحكم اللَّه" (١).
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah narrates from his father that Banu Qurayza submitted to the decision of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Then they referred the decision to Hazrat Sa’d bin Mu’adh. So Hazrat Sa’d bin Mu’adh gave this verdict regarding them: that their fighting men should be killed, their women and children should be taken captive, and their wealth should be distributed. Hisham says: My father informed me that I have heard that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (O Mu’adh!) You have judged concerning them according to Allah Almighty’s command.
