Hadith 39374
٣٩٣٧٤ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا همام قال: أخبرنا ثابت عن أنس أن أبا بكر حدثه قال: قلت للنبي ﷺ ونحن في الغار: لو أن أحدهم ينظر إلى قدميه لأبصرنا تحت قدميه قال: "يا أبا بكر، ما ظنك باثنين اللَّه ثالثهما" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that Hazrat Abu Bakr related to him that when we were in the cave, I said to the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: If any one of these people looks towards his feet, surely he will see us beneath his feet. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: O Abu Bakr! What do you think about those two persons whose third is Allah?
