Hadith 39338
٣٩٣٣٨ - حدثنا أبو خالد (الأحمر) (١) عن حميد عن أنس قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لما انتهيت إلى السدرة إذا ورقها مثل آذان الفيلة وإذا نبقها أمثال القلال، فلما غشيها من أمر اللَّه ما (غشي) (٢) تحولت (فذكر) (٣) الياقوت" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When I reached the Sidrah (Lote Tree), (I saw that) its leaves were like the ears of elephants and its berries were like large jars. Then, when Allah the Exalted covered it as He willed, it changed, and then ruby came to my mind.
