Hadith 39297
٣٩٢٩٧ - حدثنا الحسن بن موسى عن شيبان عن يحيى قال: أخبرني أبو سلمة أن أبا هريرة أخبره أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ ركب (راحلته) (١) فخطب فقال: "إن اللَّه حبس عن مكة الفيل، وسلط عليهم رسوله والمؤمنين" (٢).
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, mounted his ride, he said: Indeed, Allah Almighty protected Makkah from the people of the elephants, and He granted His Messenger and the believers authority over this Makkah.
