Hadith 39288
٣٩٢٨٨ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن أنس أن النبي ﷺ وجد تمرة فقال: "لولا أن تكوني من الصدقة لأكلتكِ" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) found a date, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If it were not from charity, I would have eaten it. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: Charity is permissible for the clients and others of Banu Hashim.
