Hadith 39282
٣٩٢٨٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن محمد بن زياد عن أبي هريرة أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ رأى الحسن بن علي أخذ تمرة من الصدقة فلاكها في فيه، فقال (النبي) (١) ﷺ: "كخ كخٍ، إنا لا تحل لنا الصدقة" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saw Hazrat Hasan bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, holding a date from charity and putting it in his mouth. So the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Kakh, Kakh" (that is, take it out), for charity is not lawful for us.
