Hadith 39275
٣٩٢٧٥ - حدثنا وكيع (حدثنا) (١) سفيان عن الحارث بن حَصيرة الأزدي عن (صخر) (٢) بن وليد عن عمرو بن صُلَيع عن علي قال: لا بأس بالمزارعة بالنصف (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no harm in sharecropping for half the produce. And it is mentioned regarding (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion that: he considered it disliked (makruh).
