Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever finds his goods with an insolvent person, he has a greater right to them. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: This will also be according to the method of (other) creditors.
