Hadith 39231
٣٩٢٣١ - حدثنا جرير عن إبراهيم بن محمد بن المنتشر عن أبيه عن حبيب بن سالم عن النعمان بن بشير أن النبي ﷺ كان يقرأ في العيدين وفي الجمعة بـ ﴿سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى﴾، ﴿هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ﴾ وإذا اجتمع العيدان في يوم قرأ بهما فيهما (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Nu'man bin Bashir that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } and { ہَلْ أَتَاکَ حَدِیثُ الْغَاشِیَۃِ } in the prayers of the two Eids and Jumu'ah, and when both Eids (Jumu'ah and Eid) would fall on the same day, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite these two Surahs in both prayers.
