٣٩٠٥٧ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن طاوس عن الشعبي أن شاة دخلت على نساج فأفسدت غزله فلم يضمن الشعبي ما (أفسدت) (١) بالنهار.
It is narrated about Hazrat Sha'bi that a goat entered the spinning wheel and spoiled its thread, so Sha'bi did not consider any liability for the damage that occurred during the day. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion is mentioned that: he will be liable.
