Hadith 38956
٣٨٩٥٦ - حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن حميد عن أنس قال: نهى النبي ﷺ عن بيع ثمر النخل حتى يزهو، فقيل لأنس: ما زَهْوُه؟ قال: يحمر أو يصفر (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of dates until they had matured. Hazrat Anas was asked, "What is meant by their maturity?" He replied: "That they become red or yellow."
