Hadith 38933
٣٨٩٣٣ - [حدثنا عبد الرحيم (حدثنا) (١) ابن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن عن النبي ﷺ قال: "من قتل عبده قتلناه، ومن جدع عبده جدعناه"] (٢) (٣).
Hasan narrates from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever cuts off his slave’s nose, we will cut off his nose. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa’s opinion has been mentioned that: A free man will not be killed in retaliation for a slave.
