Hadith 38375
٣٨٣٧٥ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن (١) سفيان عن أبي حمزة قال: قلت لإبراهيم: إن فرقد السبخي لا يأكل اللحم ولا يأكل كذا، فقال: كان أصحاب محمد ﷺ خيرا منه، كانوا يأكلون اللحم والسمن وكذا وكذا.
Hazrat Abu Hamzah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that I said to Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him), "Farqad al-Sabakhi neither eats meat nor such-and-such things." So he replied, "The companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were better than him, and they used to eat meat, ghee, and likewise such-and-such things."
