ما قالوا: في البكاء من خشية اللهOn Weeping from the Fear of Allah
Hadith 38288
٣٨٢٨٨ - حدثنا سعيد بن عبد اللَّه بن الربيع بن (خثيم) (١) عن (نسير) (٢) بن (ذعلوق) (٣) عن (بكر) (٤) بن ماعز قال: كان عبد اللَّه بن مسعود إذا رأى الربيع بن (خثيم) (٥) مقبلا قال: ﴿وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ﴾ [الحج: ٣٤]، أما واللَّه لو رآك رسول اللَّه ﷺ لأحبك (٦).
Hazrat Bakr bin Ma'az (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that when Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) saw Rabi' bin Khuthaym approaching, he would say, "Give glad tidings to those who are humble. By Allah, if the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had seen you, he would have loved you."
