ما قالوا: في البكاء من خشية اللهOn Weeping from the Fear of Allah
Hadith 38281
٣٨٢٨١ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا سلام بن مسكين (قال) (١): حدثنا الحسن قال: مر رجل من أصحاب النبي ﷺ على رجل يقرأ آية ويبكي ويرددها، (قال) (٢): فقال: ألم تسمعوا إلى قول اللَّه تعالى: ﴿وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا﴾ [المزمل: ٤]، قال: (هذا الترتيل) (٣) (٤).
It is narrated from Hasan that one of the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by another who was reciting Ayat al-Kursi and weeping, and he was reciting it repeatedly. So he said, "Have you people not heard the statement of Allah { وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِیلاً }? This is that tartil (measured recitation)."
