Hadith 38262
٣٨٢٦٢ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح قال: لما قدم أهل اليمن في زمان أبي بكر فسمعوا القرآن (فجعلوا) (١) يبكون فقال أبو بكر: هكذا كنا، ثم قست القلوب (٢).
Hazrat Abi Salih narrates that when the people of Yemen came during the time of Abu Bakr and they heard the Qur'an, they began to weep. Abu Bakr said, "We used to be like this as well, then our hearts became hardened."
