Hadith 38259
٣٨٢٥٩ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا سليمان عن ثابت قال: قال مطرف: رآني أنا ومذعورا رجلٌ فقال: من سره أن ينظر إلى رجلين من أهل الجنة فلينظر إلى هذين، فسمعها مذعور فرأيت (الكراهية) (١) في (وجهه) (٢)، ثم قال: اللهم إنك تعلمنا ولا يعلمنا (٣).
Hazrat Mutarrif, may Allah have mercy on him, said that I consider myself and Maz‘ur as one person. Then he said that whoever likes to see two people of Paradise should look at these two. Maz‘ur heard this, and I saw signs of displeasure on his face. So he said, "O Allah, You know us and he does not know us."
