Hadith 38251
٣٨٢٥١ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت عن أبي ثامر زعم أن امرأة قالت: واللَّه لا يعذبني اللَّه أبدا، ما سرقت، ولا زنيت، ولا قتلت ولدي، ولا أتيت ببهتان يفترينه بين أيديهن وأرجلهن، فرأت في المنام أنه قيل لها: (قومي) (١) إلى مقعدك من النار يا مقللة الكثير (و) (٢) مكثرة القليل، وآكلة لحم الجار (الغريب) (٣) بالغيب، قالت: يا رب بل أتوب، بل أتوب.
Hazrat Abu Thamir narrates that probably a woman claimed that Allah Almighty will not punish her because she had never stolen, nor ever committed adultery, nor ever killed her children, nor ever made any accusation from herself. Then she saw in a dream that it was being said to her, "Get up and make your abode in Hell, O you who make little into much and much into little, O you who secretly consume the flesh of your poor neighbor." So she pleaded, "O my Lord, rather I repent, I repent."
