Hadith 38155
٣٨١٥٥ - حدثنا معاوية عن سفيان عن بختري الطائي قال: كان يقال: أغبط الأحياء بما (يغبط) (١) به الأموات، واعلم أن العبادة لا تصلح إلا بزهد، وذِلّ عند الطاعة، واستصعب عند المعصية، وأحب الناس على قدر تقواهم.
Hazrat Bukhtari Tai says: Envy the living for that which the dead are envied for. Remember that worship is not correct without asceticism. Be humble at the time of obedience, feel hardship at the time of sin, and love people according to their piety.
