٣٨٠٠٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن جعفر (عن ميمون) (١) قال: لا يكون الرجل تقيا حتى يحاسب نفسه (٢) محاسبة الرجل (شريكه) (٣)، حتى ينظر من أين مطعمه (ومشربه ومكسبه) (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Maimoon that he says: A person cannot become truly pious until he holds himself to account even more strictly than he does his business partner. To the extent that he examines where his food, his drink, and his clothing come from.
