Hadith 37781
٣٧٧٨١ - حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن سليمان التيمي عن أبي عثمان (عن سلمان) (١) قال: لو بات رجل يعطي (القنيات) (٢) البيض، وبات آخر يقرأ القرآن ويذكر اللَّه، (رأيت) (٣) أن ذاكر اللَّه أفضل (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Salman that he says: If a man spends the night in such a way that he gives gold in charity in the way of Allah, and another man spends the night reciting the Qur'an and remembering Allah, then I think that the one who remembers Allah is superior.
