٣٧٦٤٢ - حدثنا جعفر بن عون عن مسعر عن عاصم عن أبي وائل قال: ما شبهت قراء زماننا هذا إلا دراهم مزوقة، أو غنم رعت الحمض فنفخت بطونها فذبحت منها شاة فإذا هي لا تنقي (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Wa'il that he said: The example of the reciters (Qurra) of our time is like that of adulterated dirhams, or like those goats that eat chickpeas and then their bellies swell. So if any of those goats is slaughtered, there is no marrow in it.
