Hadith 37631
٣٧٦٣١ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حصين عن إبراهيم قال: (كان) (١) رجل ⦗٤٥٤⦘ منا يقال: له همام بن الحارث، وكان لا ينام إلا قاعدا في المسجد في (صلاته) (٢)، فكان يقول اللهم: اشفني من النوم بيسير، وارزقني سهرا في طاعتك.
It is narrated from Ibrahim, he says that there was a man among us who was called Hammam bin Harith. During prayer in the mosque, he would only sleep while sitting, and used to say: O Allah! Grant me healing from a little sleep and make my wakefulness in Your obedience.
