كلام أنس بن مالك ﵁Sayings of Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه
Hadith 37486
٣٧٤٨٦ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن ليث عن عبد الملك عن أنس قال: من اتخذ أخا في اللَّه بُني (١) له برج في الجنة، ومن لبس (بأخيه) (٢) ثوبا ألبسه اللَّه ثوبا في (الجنة) (٣)، (و) (٤) من أكل بأخيه أكلة آكله اللَّه بها أكلة في (النار) (٥)، ومن قام بأخيه مقام سمعة ورياء أقامه اللَّه يوم القيامة مقام سمعة ورياء (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he says: Whoever befriends someone for the sake of Allah, Allah Almighty will build a tower for him in Paradise. And whoever taunts his brother to gain worldly benefit, Allah Almighty will clothe him with the garments of Hell. And whoever taunts his brother and eats something thereby, Allah the Exalted will feed him in Hell. And whoever taunts his brother for fame and show, on the Day of Judgment Allah Almighty will make him stand in a place of disgrace and display.
