Hadith 37476
٣٧٤٧٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثني جرير بن حازم قال: سمعت عبد اللَّه بن أبي مليكة قال: سمعت عائشة تقول: يُسلط على الكافر في قبره شجاع أقرع، فيأكل لحمه من رأسه إلى رجليه، ثم يكسى اللحم فيأكل من رجليه إلى رأسه، ثم ⦗٤٠٦⦘ يكسى اللحم (فيأكل) (١) من رأسه إلى رجليه فهو كذلك (٢).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a bald snake is set upon the disbeliever in his grave. It will eat the flesh from his head to his feet. Then the flesh will be restored, and it will eat from his feet to his head. Then the flesh will be restored, and it will eat from his head to his feet. Then this process will continue.
