Hadith 37439
٣٧٤٣٩ - حدثنا (معاذ بن معاذ) (١) عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة قال: دخلت على أبي هريرة وهو مريض فاحتضنته من خلفه، وقلت: اللهم اشف أبا هريرة فقال: اللهم اشدد (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Salamah that he says: I went to Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) when he was ill. I took him in my lap from behind and said, "O Allah! Grant Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) healing." So he said, "O Allah! Make it more severe."
