Hadith 37140
٣٧١٤٠ - حدثنا وكيع عن كثير بن زيد (عن سلمة) (١) بن أبي يزيد عن جابر بن عبد اللَّه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن من سعادة المرء أن يطول عمره ويرزقه اللَّه الإنابة إليه" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah that he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, it is a sign of a man's good fortune that his life is long and Allah Almighty grants him the ability to turn towards Him."
