It is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid that Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) says: The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) took my hand—or me—and said to me: O Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), live like a stranger or a traveler, and count yourself among the people of the graves. Hazrat Mujahid says: (After narrating this tradition) Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: When morning comes, do not think about the evening to come, and when evening comes, do not think about the morning to come. And take benefit from your life before your death (comes), and take advantage of your health before your illness (comes), because surely you do not know what your name will be tomorrow (alive or dead).
