Hadith 36105
٣٦١٠٥ - حدثنا حسين بن محمد قال: حدثنا جرير بن حازم عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: شهدت اليرموك فأصاب الناس أعنابا وأطعمة فأكلوا ولم يروا بها بأسًا (١).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that I participated in the Battle of Yarmouk. There, people found dates and grains, which they ate, and did not consider there to be any harm in it.
