Hadith 36087
٣٦٠٨٧ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا همام عن قتادة عن أنس أنه قال: شهدت فتح تستر مع الأشعري قال: فلم أصل صلاة الصبح حتى انتصف النهار وما سرني بتلك الصلاة الدنيا جميعًا (١).
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I participated in the battle of Tustar with Hazrat Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him). One day, I missed my Fajr prayer and was not able to offer the prayer until half the day had passed. Even if I were given the whole world in exchange for that prayer, I would not be pleased.
