Hadith 36025
٣٦٠٢٥ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: ثنا مسعر عن عون (بن) (١) عبد اللَّه قال: مرَّ على رجل يوم القادسية وقد انتثر بطنه أو قصبه، قال لبعض من مر عليه: ضم إلي (منه) (٢)، أدنو قيد رمح أو رمحين في سبيل اللَّه، قال: فمر عليه وقد فعل.
Hazrat Awn bin Abdullah narrates that in the Battle of Qadisiyyah, the belly of a Muslim warrior was torn open and his intestines had come out. He said to a person passing by him, "Put my intestines back inside and make me walk so that I can advance a little further in the path of Allah." So that man did as he was asked.
