Hadith 35613
٣٥٦١٣ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا حماد بن زيد عن الجعد أبي عثمان عن سليمان اليشكري عن جابر قال: قلت له: أغزو أهل الضلالة مع السلطان؟ قال: (اغُز) (١)، فإنما عليك ما حُملت وعليهم ما حُملوا (٢).
Sulaiman Al-Ashkari, may Allah have mercy on him, says that I asked Hazrat Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, what is the ruling on fighting alongside an oppressor and a misguided person? Hazrat Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, replied: You will receive the reward according to your intention, and they will receive according to their intention.
