٣٥٥٩٤ - وعن يونس عن الحسن قال: ما أحرز العدو من مال المسلمين فعرفه صاحبه فهو أحق به، وإن قسم فقد مضى.
35594 - From Yunus, from Al-Hasan, who said: Whatever the enemy seizes from the wealth of the Muslims, if its owner recognizes it, he has more right to it; but if it has been divided, then it has passed.
